In year 2 of existence, this session will describe how the AAPM&R’s Clinical Data Registry is evolving from a basic quality reporting registry to becoming a tool that collects and analyzes spine specific data, including patient reported outcomes (PROs). Hear from at least two Registry participating sites on how AAPM&R’s registry is being used in their practices, including the onboarding process, data mapping, data capture and workflow changes. View demos of AAPM&R’s registry practice dashboards and PRO system. Learn the different methods sites are utilizing to capture spine data in the least burdensome manners possible. Preliminary data on standards utilized in treating individuals presenting with spine related issues and PRO capture will be shared. Further, a discussion on learnings to date and progress to mature AAPM&R’s registry into a robust data capture mechanism across all of physiatry will be explored.
