Resident/Fellow Bootcamp is a 3-hour workshop that would be held for residents to review various clinical topics in 1) ultrasounding of nerves, 2) chemodenervation dosing and differences between different medications, 3) upper and lower extremity prosthetics and orthotics, and 4) evidence based physical exam maneuvers. This free workshop would cover topics that various AAPM&R PHiT Board members have identified as areas of variable exposure in residency (and possibly fellowship – depending on the fellowship subspecialty) programs. Each of the aforementioned topics will be reviewed by faculty who are viewed nationally as clinical experts in that clinical area in 40-minute rotating station format, with a break between each station. Residents/fellows will be split up into 4 groups and rotate through each station, gaining hands-on experience with each of the aforementioned topics.
